Christmastime was so wonderful for both Bre and I. She was able to have a lot of family come visit her for a few weeks and I was able to fly cross country to spend several weeks with my family, hence my being able to take pictures of my nieces. Another perk was being able to catch up with these guys – they were our neighbors and best friends in Cleveland and recently moved close to my family. Our kids were able to renew their friendships, their mom and I were finally able to catch up and have adult time and we even were able to fit in a quick, cold photo shoot in my sister’s backyard! I am still amazed at how good these kids were while getting their pictures taken with temperatures in the teens! Each happily ripped off his or her coat at the applicable times, turned on bright personalities and then contentedly warmed up with a coat on until he or she was needed again. My kids, for sure, would have been screaming and crying!
